Terms and Conditions

Everything we do at hands of Gaia is done by our Master Practitioner with the aim of helping you progress with your spiritual path and go onto live your best life as your best self, but this process is not without its pains and tears. The route to self improvement is much like a Council Road, its rough has pot holes in places you didn't see coming and the "officials" all claiming they have no idea who is responsible. For this reason we do have a few provisos when requesting sessions as everyone responds differently to the treatments and Will Require your follow through to feel the benefits properly.

Communication

 

By booking through our website you acknowledge that we may communicate with you using the information provided in your booking application.  Please note that while we do use social media this is not the preferred method of communication and reserve the right not to transcribe or send personal information via them.We may also on occasion provide links to third party applications and websites, please be aware that we do not monitor or control the content provided by the owners.Information provided in bookings or during sessions will not be shared with any third parties and all communications are kept private and confidential. We ask that clients do not share personal information or experiences that may disrupt or hinder the progress of others. Reviews are greatly appreciated but we recommend not "over sharing"

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided where a client has not received a treatment. Clients will be required to acknowledge that a session has begun (respond to text or P.M) and will be  notified when the session ends. Disruption to a session caused by outward disturbances in the clients own home are not the responsibility of the practitioner and cancellation of a session in progress will not be refunded.  Clients un-happy with a reading or session must understand that multiple sessions may be required and that readings are not always obvious and can reveal themselves over time.

Once a booking is confirmed and paid, cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours prior. Cancellations under this time frame will only be refunded  up to 75% 
(cancellations under 24hrs may not recieve any refund)

 

Using Energy

Clients understands that the practitioner channels energy in to all sessions and readings and as such is very draining. Communication outwith booked sessions is to be kept at a minimum due to the nature of the work, this includes personal social media. The time frames provided will be adhered to and accepted by the client. Please understand that the practitioners failure to return a message is often due to the requirement to "recharge" between sessions. HOG should not be used as a replacement to prescribed psychological therapy and we recommend seeking further help elsewhere for regular communication.
