As we do our very best to do so we hope that no one is left unhappy with our products or services. Due to the nature of many of our products being often home made some flaws may be present, these imperfections are part of the character of our products and we hope customers understand that any such are considered bespoke quality over machine made. 

Digital Art

Digital Art produced is subject to the very abnormalities it creates we hope you understand that we do not try nor want to try and correct all of its mistakes as we consider
"imperfections to be perfect"
and the charm of the art.

Due to cropping to fit different sizes some images will be altered to fit the preferred frame.

Delivery

Free delivery in UK available for standard delivery options only and only in the United Kingdom.
Express delivery is excluded.
Standard delivery is calculated by each item but the price is set by the price of the larges item. This does not collate so multiple delivery charges so wont be added on top, just the minimum for the package size we need to send. 

Services again are tailored and individual, meaning many experience different results. We hope you understand that this is correct and are happy with what we provide.

Refunds Products

Refunds for Products will only be granted if evidence can be provided that they were damaged in transit (following investigation).

Refunds Services

Refunds for Services are at the discretion of the practitioner but will not be granted based on "opinion" of the service
